DAY 1

Why Resilience is your Superpower

Resilience starts with creating and taking opportunities. We need to understand why resilience is so important for female leaders, entrepreneurs and women in business in general.  By cultivating resilience over time to succeed, overcoming obstacles and adapting to change, we begin to recognising opportunities where we, as female leaders, can step up and be heard. It is an opportunity and responsibility for us to get visible, using our businesses to create positive change in the world. Resilience helps us to bounce back from setbacks, refocus, and adapt to change. Video 1 explains more.

DAY 2

How to Grow your Resilience

Developing a growth mindset can be achieved by seeing setbacks and failures as opportunities

It is paramount to look after our physical and mental wellbeing, and resilience can help to find ways to role model how to be more honest and vulnerable as leaders.  We can Inspire our male allies by sharing the burden to do difficult things and acquire the skill of resilience in a more honest and sustainable way.  Find out in video 2 how you can grow from a place of resilience.

DAY 3

Why Making Mistakes is Brilliant

Cultivating resilience in the everyday is not going to happen instantly, but by exploring your resilience level and where it is right now, you can start to form habbits that will lead to resilience, and in turn, a growth mindset.  Any skill can be learnt with effort and patience.

Life happens to all of us, it is a rollercoaster and we have to go easy on ourselves, and video 3 will show you how to take those first steps.

NICE TO MEET YOU

I'm Rachel Flowers

I live in Yorkshire with my husband Richard, two children Ruby and Bella, and a crazy cockapoo called Bonnie. Originally from Wales so look out for the Welsh lilt.

My superpower is using my intuition to find creative ways out of tricky situations. I love working out what makes people tick and helping relationships flourish. And many people tell me that “calm” is my superpower. I help other people to step back and see different perspectives, and am able to operate well under pressure. I help others feel calm and the world definitely needs more of that!
