After a career in the law and a stint as  Commercial Director, I became an entrepreneur in 2009 and built my own business - a niche legal consultancy - to almost 7 figures in revenue. THE GREENHOUSE has been specifically created because I know first hand how hard it is to find the right support to grow and scale. I'm here to share my lessons on business growth, and to give you that much needed boost of clarity and direction which will power you onwards and upwards.

I'm Rachel Flower, and I'm a specialist in growth strategy - supporting small businesses to grow from solid foundations. I trained as a commercial lawyer and practised law for many years before moving in-house as a Commercial Director in a FTSE100 company, managing teams and £multi-m budget, running cost savings and procurement projects. I took the leap into entrepreneurship in 2009 so I could build a business around my young family, creating change on my own terms. Since then I've helped hundreds of small business owners with scaling and commercial strategy. 

I'm a veritable expert on all things business growth related (and of course how to avoid or resolve business failure). 

My mission now is to inspire and mentor other business owners to step up and build on strong foundations, leading the way for positive change and creating lives of freedom and independence in the process.
