I got sick of watching women in business flail around looking for solutions, get shafted by poor quality business coaching, and make mistakes because they got sucked into schemes and programmes which promised the earth but delivered next to nothing.  

More women than ever are setting up in business, but the stats around business failure make gloomy reading. And even more so when it comes to female founded businesses. 

So with my background as a commercial lawyer, contracts guru, growth specialist, success coach and seasoned entrepreneur, I decided to stop complaining about all the shady goings on out there & put my back into creating solutions.

I put my money where my mouth is, if you like.

And I created this 4 month Mastermind & Mentorship group programme. A learning journey you can trust and actually get results from.

The first thing I want you to know that we're going to inject the fun and enjoyment back into your entrepreneurial journey. I'm looking for women who are sparky, smart, ambitious and able to laugh at themselves once in a while (ok, daily if I'm honest). We do serious growth strategy work in THE GREENHOUSE, but that's no reason for it to be dull. 

Secondly, it's about collaboration and community.  I'm bringing this group together (max 12 members each intake) to learn, to support, to share, to be empowered and to find our own path. It's going to be a safe place of friendship and powerful sharing. 

And thirdly, you have to be committed to doing the work. We're going to get stuck in and do groundwork for success. It could get messy and I won't give up, and I don't expect you to either.

I've got a toxic mix of legal intelligence, business know-how, practical experience and soft-centred empathy.

During my early career as a commercial lawyer in a big international law firm, I helped hundreds of businesses with their legal challenges - contracts, IP, technology projects, procurement & supply chain & getting out of disputes & ramping up commercial growth. It didn't make my heart sing, but I learnt so much practising law at the coal-face. In 2006 I was head-hunted  as a Commercial Director for a FTSE100 company - managing major projects, a team of commercial specialists with a huge budget to match. I loved my role but when I started a young family it seemed impossible to get the balance between board-level meetings and being home for bath time.

So I leaped into entrepreneurship in 2009 to get flexibility around my young family, and gradually built my own business up - a niche legal consultancy serving the commercial contract needs of growing businesses. And I added coaching into my services as a direct result of seeing women entrepreneurs struggle with the foundations of business growth. 

Believe me when I say that I've seen the good, bad and the ugly about business growth, business failure, business success.
