It's the very thing I wish I'd found during my early years as a lawyer and corporate leader then as an entrepreneur.
I craved female role models, people to show me the way.
Instead I ended up bumbling around, trying to emulate the male leadership model, getting lost & disheartened, doubting myself.

In order to join, you first work alongside a small group to go through my 8-week "Business Boost" programme which is priced separately at just £497.
The "Business Boost" allows you to step back and take a macro-view of your business "as is" and I'll be available hands-on to give you robust and objective support to identify opportunities, gaps, obstacles to your growth. It also gives me the inside track on your business, so I can be sure that The Greenhouse is the right place for you to get the support you need to reach your potential.
Inside The Greenhouse we create a group of great peers, to access support, accountability, and a constant source of inspiration and learning.
Each month, we'll choose a key business building theme and I'll facilitate learning and discussion and growth on that topic. The format will include:
- a live training session from either myself or an invited expert on the topic;
- a live group mentoring call to discuss that topic, and for individuals to bring challenges and questions for help and hotseat coaching;
- worksheets and practical exercises to help you apply this to your business in real time.
- discussion threads in our private FB group for us to delve into the topic;
- accountability support so you can apply practical improvements to your business in real time.
The training and resources stay in our online members' area so you can revisit topics at any time, building up an invaluable resource for future use.

What to expect
You apply to join The Greenhouse and the first thing we do together is complete my 8-week "Business Boost" programme. We review your business plan, identify gaps or obstacles to growth, and give you opportunity to take stock on where you are and what you need. Armed with your refreshed business plan, you move into The Greenhouse community on a rolling month-by-month membership basis, so that you immediately build up momentum by taking action and being held accountable to the goals and vision you have set for yourself.
1. 8-week Business Boost
In 2 months we can achieve a lot together, following my tried and tested model. I'll support you to objectively review all areas of your business as it stands. Weekly group training plus live coaching calls, and a 1-to-1 session. At that point, you'll have loved having fresh eyes on your business plan, and benefited from the macro-view achieved by stepping back from your business. Time to gain momentum.
2. Roadmap for Action
Armed with your bespoke roadmap you'll be full of clarity and focus. We'll have identified the actions required for growth. Your 1-to-1 session will ensure your roadmap is complete and identify any remaining gaps, opportunities or obstacles. Together we'll plot out the 12 months ahead and understand what support you need. You'll feel revitalised and excited to get moving with ease.
3. Time to Bloom
THE GREENHOUSE is a membership - simply pay a monthly fee to access the members group, monthly expert training, weekly mentoring calls, accountability partnerships, implementation hubs and weekly live group coaching and Q&A. Each month is a different theme and we'll invite in experts to share knowledge and learning. Optional upgrades for 1-to-1 coaching or strategic support.
