I'm Rachel Flower, commercial lawyer and coach to business leaders. In light of the current crisis, I’m conscious that a new group of women are likely to be turning to entrepreneurship, either as a result of redundancy, or economic need. Plus those of you already established in business need to be talking - openly - about what's working and what you're finding hard.
After nearly 20 years supporting businesses with legal and commercial challenges in business, I've seen the good the bad and the ugly. I love to talk about what it takes to succeed in business (which can be difficult even in the best of times) and my passion which is supporting, inspiring, protecting and championing female entrepreneurs.
I work with ambitious women who want to grow their business, and the startpoint is to understand what the problems may be. Getting you into a position where you can be proactive and manage risk before it knocks you down.
